I’m disappointed with how Goodyear Autocare Murrumbeena and head office handled an issue following recent work on my vehicle. On Monday 19 January, I had front tyres replaced and a front wheel alignment completed. The following morning, I discovered a puddle of grease under the car, with grease spread across the inner passenger front wheel and brake components. This was not present prior to the alignment. Always great service here. Very friendly staff. Dropped a tyre off that had a fork in it and it was ready to be put on the car a couple of hours later. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thank you... again!!!
Never been here before but needed an emergency tyre repair today and Darren and the team there made it so easy, able to book the job in urgently, completed quickly and I thought at a really reasonable price. Thanks!
Had the most professional interaction with Goodyear Autocare Murrumbeena. Went in with a tyre that had a slow leak for the last couple of months. Jake took the time to inspect the tyre with me, explained the process of the repair and also the general condition of the remaining tyres. What a legend! The repair was done promptly.
