Severely damaged a tyre on way North to Cape York. Took in the rim and had a replacement tyre fitted in about 10 minutes. 1st class service.
I came in without an appointment due to a low tyre pressure warning on my dash. The team jumped on it straight away, inspected all the tyres, and adjusted the pressure as needed. I was very impressed with their prompt service and professionalism. On top of that, they were friendly and approachable throughout the process.
I went in this afternoon (16.10.24), and the young man, Isaiah, is a credit to the company. As a female, it can be daunting dealing with mechanics, but this young man listened, helped, and showed nothing but respect. Isaiah, I hope you have a great future in the industry and I would trust you with my vehicle.
