Ordered tyres from this store over two months ago. Called three times to follow up. Every time I was told “they’ll arrive next week.” Two months later — still nothing. No tyres, no update, no explanation. I finally ordered the exact same tyres from another shop and they arrived the next day. So either the tyres were never ordered, or this place simply doesn’t care about customers’ time at all. Amazing service seriously. Very kind workers who explain their work in a way that you can understand. I took it in to replace a tyre and they ended up repairing it instead which saved me money. Trustworthy people!
Perfect service and team
Unexpected need - Monday morning shopped around to all the Taringa indro big name tyre places on the main road - all lines busy or unable to replace two front tyres at a decent price by next day. Finally found this place by dumb luck, next day service (that actually turned into same day service), half the price of big name competitors for a fairly decent tyre. I mean, so long as they don't fall off in the next two years, I feel like this was a massive win! Deserve a great review!
