Awesome workshop, amazing old school skilled Mechanic John, everyone friendly, had a major issue plaguing me for months missed many times by other mechanics in South Aussie..... Amazingly diagnosed by John using a wise old mechanics trick and fixed 100%...wow!
Highly recommend! I popped in after hitting a kangaroo with thankfully minimal damage and they took my car straight in, up on the hoist and inspected for internal damage. The team were friendly, understanding and extremely accommodating and professional. Thank you so much!
Made a last minute appointment to get a noise coming from the engine checked. Booking process was handled by a super friendly staff member. The car was inspected- too just under an hour with then- and problem with the engine was identified. Provided full page print of the work they had done. Spoke to two other people regarding the quote and requirements- again, super friendly and helpful. Haven’t had the work done yet (will be making a booking soon) but have been very impressed by the level of customer service and reporting.
I’ll be honest, I’ve never run a mechanic workshop. But if I did, I would hire a receptionist who knew even a small amount about cars so that people don’t waste their time and money
