I had to get a road worthy for my car, they replaced parts like the exhaust with cheaper parts. When I first got the car from them the car kept squeaking because the after market exhaust they installed did not fit into the car properly. Also, it was raining that day I picked the car up, so when I tried to use the windscreen wiper I discovered there was not actual wipers attached, so it was only the bare metal that was wiping on my new windscreen. Just witnessed a customer being unjustly aggressive towards one of the female staff members that was totally uncalled for.
I dropped in here without a booking as I had a puncture and slow leak in one of my tyres. The guys were excellent, they fitted me in on the spot for new tyres and a wheel alignment while I waited. Helpful, friendly, excellent service. Thank you.
I’ve been coming to Goodyear Mentone for years, and they have always looked after my car tyres very well. I’m very happy with their service, clear communication, and helpful attitude. Last night, my tyre got punctured. Because I had to start work early this morning before they opened, I left car to them before the opening time without having time to make a booking. Brilliant service, from booking through to collection, everyone I dealt with today was friendly and helpful. Anticipated issues were discussed when I dropped the car off, the team called to explain some additional work that was required and the price was discussed before proceeding, the cost was completely reasonable. I would highly recommend the team here!
