I brought in my flat tyre to the guys at Goodyear, Huonville. They found a simple problem and didn’t charge me. That’s super service!
Was ein Service, ich bin begeistert! Wir kamen zu Ladenschluss mit einem platten Reifen mit einem Loch an. Die Leute waren zum Glück noch da und es wurde sofort zusammen angepackt. Einer hat den Reifen geflickt während am Auto schon das Notrad abmontiert und an seinen Platz gepackt wurde. Eine solche Hilfsbereitschaft ist nicht selbstverständlich und begeistert mich sehr! Nach 15 Minuten waren wir bereits zurück auf der Straße. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team!
Goodyear Huonville and Tyler were amazing. Walked in straight on open nothing but smiles and help. Had no spare and ran over a tree destroying a rim on the way to work . Tyler fixed it all on the spot and gave great advice for two vehicles I own for new tyres. Will be back.
Customer service here is amazing. I always leave very happy as the work is always A1. Highly recommended.
Soooooooo much better than Bridgestone, they did to rip me off because I’m a woman and they think I don’t understand car stuff. Goodyear is 10000x better
