Thank you to Harry and Jack for fitting my car in at short notice today and fixing the issue. Really appreciate it! Didn’t realise ownership had changed until coming to write a review. While reading the negative reviews is disappointing, our experience over the years with previous ownership and today with new ownership has been nothing but positive with great customer service.
They did good job in my work van fixed the vibration issue they were very honest and i like how they are looking forward to help people. Hard to find genuine people.
New management customer service is the worst here now, guy on the phone had no care in the world for me. Just wanted some tyre changes and to put my business on the system as an account and he had no clue in the world. HOW HARD IS IT TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH BARE MINIMUM RESPECT?
Friendly staff and fast and efficient service, highly recommend these guys.
