Was a bit worried about even getting a quote at first cos of the poor customer service I received from other tyre companies, however Mathew put me at ease immediately and was very professional and helpful. His attention to detail but also knowledge on the subject made me seek their services despite not being the cheapest quote!
Not impressed. I discussed with team prior we needed more aggressive tyres for around the farm - on my wife's 4x4. Had the wrangler territory AT from factory. We were looking at duratrac or MT. I went away for work so my wife took it in. Salesman convinced her Pirelli Scorpion ATR 111T were better. There just as useless offroad than factory tyres. Not impressed that I have returned from work trip to tyres that aren't suitable and that the salesman gave her a bum steer.
This was my first experience of service at Goodyear Autocare at Gungahlin ACT. Very impressed. left Honda City with them at 8am, and 10am call received saying brake servicing was all done. Replaced front Rotors and pads, inspected rear drum brakes and pads, declared fine, not needing replacement. I had excellent customer service here. I had a flat tyre and had to get a brand new tyre. Caleb and the good year team not only quoted me $100 less than what I was quoted elsewhere but managed to get the tyre in stock within an hour. Excellent work would definitely recommend
