Friendly staff and fast and efficient service, highly recommend these guys.
I came in today for last minute tyres and these guys were able to help me out. Harry at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything in detail and I was able to get my tyres fitted very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Harry and the team.
Need to leave a good review out of guilt and great service. I was a little bit Karen when I went in there, and the guys went above and beyond to fix my issue with a brake line right before Christmas cut off. Big props to Jack there.
Goodyear Gungahlin is now under new management and has all new staff. I went there yesterday to get my brakes checked. This morning, I saw two warning lights on my dashboard. I called Goodyear, and the receptionist said if I brought the car in today, he would have it checked straight away. After work, I took my car in, but the person at the counter (not the one I spoke to on the phone) told me they couldn't look at my car today because all their mechanics were “busy”. We had not so good experience at first with Goodyear Autocare Gungahlin as one missing wheel cover found after driving back home. I went back immediately and discussed the issue with Harry (the new owner). He did agree to get one for me if I could not find it on the same way back. That evening, some thing happened underneath the car, we thought it must be from their service. Then I went back next Monday early morning and talked with Harry.
