I was helped by one of Good Year Gunghalin’s staff, Caleb, who went out of his way to help me and my two boys when our car broke down right in the middle of Belconnen Way, during traffic. Caleb got out of his car, went to jumpstart us with his own battery, car was too broken for that so he kept working till he found a workaround for the car to get it into neutral (it had jammed electronically) and pushed us off the road with a couple of other guys who had come along. It seems that the mentality of the people working there, based on the other reviews, may lean towards a lack of empathy for certain situations, especially when it comes to accommodating people with disabilities or those who prefer to handle things through online systems or other means.
