I blew my tire today at 4:00 and Goodyear Autocare Glendale still made time to squeeze me in. They were efficient with extremely reasonable prices and polite service. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend anyone in the Newcastle area to make effort to come out to these guys. 10/10 thanks again!!!
I went to get a pink slip for my car. While sitting and waiting I witnessed that 2 people where advised that they require new tyres ( i had been watching my car and did not see it moved or being looked at) I was also advised that I required 4 new tyres, when I requested that they show me i was told that it was hard to see and that it more visible when on a jack and with a torch. Horrible experience Yes the tyres were bold as in but the lady i was working with added extra comments that weren’t necessary as she was making it out to be better then everyone else definitely wouldn’t recommend the lady for customer service
