Only go to Goodyear if you want 3 tyres over pressurised by 10 PSI and one tyre at a completely different pressure compared to the others. I’ve been to 2 different Goodyear shops in the last 6 months, and both times, massively over pressurised. I even checked my pressure at 2 servos and went as far as buying my own gauge and measuring the pressure cold to make sure I’m not crazy. I think its called Goodyear cause you’ll only get one good year out of your tyres if you go to these guys.

Service was great; however wheel alignment report had no details to indicate what vehicle it was for, km or who did the alignment (there are fields for all of these things and more that were all left blank). This report is needed for a warranty claim on a near new vehicle. Spoke to the manager and he said this is normal and they don't put the details in because they don't need to and it takes too much time on the system. Very abrupt over the phone and offered no help, just said the report was for whatever vehicle you dropped... read more

I have had the poor luck of needing tyres repaired or replaced 3 times in the last 12 months or so. The customer service received was so great I chose to go back there each time. Scott and Jessie and the team go above and beyond every time. The team are professional and are always so kind and friendly. I honestly cannot fault the service.

Excellent service and fantastic staff. We are Canadians visiting the area, and stopped to grab some groceries at the neighbouring Coles. We realized there was a bulge in one of our tires right before we were about to leave. They got us in and fixed it up in no time. Thanks for being so kind and prompt. Lifesavers.
