I do not recommend waited an hr for a plug to be put in a tyre , I was told half an hour. Then before completing the job , was told I need 2 tyres . This was not discussed or wanted nor purcashed . Upon receiving the car was then told I need one tyre which I was aware is worn. Seems like I was held for ransom and an upselling tactic was used. Very disappointing to say the least!

I had an extremely disappointing experience here and left feeling belittled and uncomfortable. After my tyre blew, I came in needing a replacement. I was advised that two tyres needed replacing due to wear, which I was completely happy to accept. What I was not expecting was the attitude I received when I simply asked what tyres were going to be fitted to my car — a perfectly reasonable question when you are paying for a product and service. Drove my housemates car here for rego check. 20 minutes later it was done.
I blew my tire today at 4:00 and Goodyear Autocare Glendale still made time to squeeze me in. They were efficient with extremely reasonable prices and polite service. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend anyone in the Newcastle area to make effort to come out to these guys. 10/10 thanks again!!!
