Have used Erina Good Year a number of times myself. My family is now going there for their car needs as well. Warm, welcoming attitude, nothing seems to be too much. If you have a minor issue, be assured it will be fixed on the spot. More complex things might require booking, but wait is never long. Attended today as my new car was requesting tyre pressure check which I did, but the car wouldn't stop showing same message. Popped in without a booking as I have a new car and lights were coming on for tyre pressure fault.. pulled up was greeted happily. The young man said no problems I will look at it and he fixed the tyre pressure for me right there on the spot. I offered to pay which he declined. I will certainly book there when I need new tyres.. very grateful for the help and kindness. definitely nice to visit a business that has great customer service.
Brad the legend helped us midway through an alternator swap out the front or repco next door and was more then happy to give us a hand in removing a nut we couldn't as we didn't have the necessary tools, all the blokes in there were more then happy to lend a hand even on Saturday morning, cheers guys.
Popped in to get 2 new tyres, they fit me in straight away, friendly helpful staff. Very happy customer, i wil be back.
These are so good! Had a buckled wheel, and thought my bearing was squeaking. Thought I'd be up for thousands. I took a spare wheel in and they did everything for so cheap, so fast. Heaps friendly guys, always so helpful. Never going anywhere else
