Came in a few weeks back to have a Major service completed, with 4 new tyres and some general maintenance. The guys turned it around so quickly, communicated anything through and the prices were great. Only remembered to write this review after my partner commented yesterday on how good the car drives now ... great job fellas, will see you next time our service is due.
Amazing work- had a puncture in one of my tires and took it to these guys to get it fixed. There was a miscommunication which resulted in them replacing the wrong tires on my initial visit. Had to come back a few times as a result. However, after it came to their attention I wasn’t satisfied they offered to replace the remaining tire free of charge- no nonsense, just did it. Will definitely be coming back.
Pretty disappointed- started over 2 weeks ago after finding a puncture in the rear right tire. Called these guys up, specified what tire it was to the bloke on the phone twice and in person in person when I brought it in. Got the car back and was driving around for a week before finding that they had replaced two other tires that weren’t the punctured one. When I took it back they made me pay full price to swap the tire after their mistake. Customer service was decent, but not worth the hassle nor the money.
Excellent service, good guys, no up-selling, quick turnaround and great prices. Shopping centre over the road to kill time while you wait, but they won't have you waiting long. Thanks very much! 👍
I had the best experience with the team at Good year Chermside. I had multiple issues with my new car that occurred because of another organisation’s poor workmanship. At Goodyear, they were amazing. They listened to me, believed me even though the problems weren’t obvious, than worked through each issue.
