Very disappointing experience at Goodyear Chermside. Customer service was poor, especially from Patrick, who was very rude and unhelpful. No professionalism and no effort to assist or explain properly. Definitely not the level of service you expect from a well-known brand. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
Amazing. Called in to have a tyre checked, the guy came out for a look checked it was safe and gave me some advice. Very friendly and helpful. If I lived here I’d be brining my car here for a tyre service!
Goodyear charged me over $1200 to repair my car and it's been worse off since. Every mechanic I have been to after has said they've done a shocking job and the issues I'm having with my car are a result of Goodyears work. Before the $1200 I was charged, they had a deal going on that cost $300 for service related works which I was still charged another $400 for at the time of service!
