Great customer service! Called on a Saturday with a puncture and the team told me to come straight in. They were able to fix it within 10 minutes and send me on my way. The team were very friendly and helpful. Certainly someone we will support in future
Bought tyres there two years ago. Had a rattle in my car, dropped it in for new tyres and a service. They checked it all over and said everything was fine, the service could be delayed longer, and that my tyres had another 10k km left before needing replacing. Needless to say, amazing, honest advice. Friendly. Will be getting my future services there and future replacement tyres. Way to win over a customer for life guys. Can highly recommend, and a nice waiting area too with aircon. Five stars
Came in a few weeks back to have a Major service completed, with 4 new tyres and some general maintenance. The guys turned it around so quickly, communicated anything through and the prices were great. Only remembered to write this review after my partner commented yesterday on how good the car drives now ... great job fellas, will see you next time our service is due.
Amazing work- had a puncture in one of my tires and took it to these guys to get it fixed. There was a miscommunication which resulted in them replacing the wrong tires on my initial visit. Had to come back a few times as a result. However, after it came to their attention I wasn’t satisfied they offered to replace the remaining tire free of charge- no nonsense, just did it. Will definitely be coming back.
