This review applies to Auto-Service only. I signed up for Goodyear Autocare Chermside’s “Win-Win” promotion, where I prepaid $200 and get three free services with discounts on labour. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite misleading. Their pricing is noticeably higher than what most dealerships charge, and despite the promotion, you end up paying more in the end. Pretty disappointed, booked in for a wheel alignment, they were able to do it same day which was great because the alignment machine was being repaired that morning. But my handling felt worse after picking the car up. I took it to another mechanic who said I have play In the slip joint in my steering column which needs replacing. i would have really appreciated a phone call saying that I have bigger issues than just a wheel alignment instead of taking my money and pretending the issue isn't there, sending me off in a car th... read more
