They changed out my flat tyre on the same day and went the extra mile and topped up all of the air in my other tyres and applied tyre polish without me even asking. Great service

A few months ago I had such an amazing experience at Goodyear Airlie Beach. The owner actually stayed open past hours just to help me out when I came in with a flat. He replaced my spare and, without even making a big deal about it, he noticed a couple of my other tires were really bare and went ahead and swapped them out for free. Terrible customer service, Do the incorrect work that car was booked in for and then still charge the full price. No apology or care from staff. Edited to reply to business. More lies. Work was never discussed with the person who dropped the car off, keys were dropped off and business was told were the car was parked. No questions about what work was to be performed what so ever. Like mentioned above, terrible customer service.
