Clean and tidy, friendly, helpful staff
Massive shout out and many thanks to the boys down at Goodyear Benalla. Went in Tuesday arvo after hitting a pothole resulted in the right side of my bumper popping off. The boys had me sorted and back on the road in 30 mins. Great place, great service. Cheers boys!
On returning from holidays, the LC( land cruiser) battery was flat. RACV Benalla got us going quickly. We were warned the battery may not take a charge. Drove to Stanhope to pick up our caravan ...yep after hooking up LC wouldnt start. Our grandson got it going again. Rang Goodyear Auto Care Benalla explained the situation to the helpful lady who answered the phone and arranged to be there in about 90 minues, was told where to park and they would replace the battery. Disgraceful service, booked my car in over a week ago to have two new Tyres . Got there at 9am this morning, no tyres there and no listing for our booking , Thankyou very much Kelly, my husband and I stood in front of you when the booking was meant to have been made. And for you Aron, for not calling me back. If you have ordered the tyres now, you can shove them, I’ve gone else where. Very very bad customer service, very Bad!!
