Disgraceful service, booked my car in over a week ago to have two new Tyres . Got there at 9am this morning, no tyres there and no listing for our booking , Thankyou very much Kelly, my husband and I stood in front of you when the booking was meant to have been made. And for you Aron, for not calling me back. If you have ordered the tyres now, you can shove them, I’ve gone else where. Very very bad customer service, very Bad!!
I had them do service oil in ok asked them to check car not done as engine mounts shot and harmonic balancer slite wobble.After service rear audio missing as air filter placement may of flicked Bluetooth constant search.ok for just slapping oil in.
Booked vehicle in for 9am. Delivered it 8:55, told it would be ready within the hour. Rang at 11am, told `It's just being brought in now, will be ready by 12`. Walked up there 12:30 to find vehicle parked exactly as I left it, untouched. Took it away, shall get someone competent, honest & with respect for their customers to tend it. What a messed up morning!
Business appears to have changed hands and with it has gone the previous owners who had exceptional workmanship and customer service. After weeks we are still waiting for the current owners / manager to return our call after they damaged our vehicle. Extremely poor customer service. Update - it has now been nearly four months and despite a commitment from the owners to respond to our concerns, nothing. If you are looking for a local tyre business that cares about its customers I highly recommend TyrePower Benalla.
