Terrible service. We came in for a routine 10,000 km tyre rotation - a basic service any tyre shop should handle. Instead, we were refused service. The mechanic spoke in a very rude tone, asked where we bought the car, and told us to go back there for the rotation. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
I went there with a flat tire and was really impressed by their responsiveness and the quality of their service! They’ve prioritised me and repaired my tire within 20 minutes for a very competitive and fair price. A month has passed since the repair and my tire is still running perfectly! I would definitely go back to them if needed!
Guy is very rude and arrogant. Will not go back.
