I want to extend a big thank you to Josh from Goodyear Auto Care for helping us out during the holiday break. We had purchased three new tyres for our boat trailer, but unfortunately, one blew out on the highway while we were on our way to Iluka. Came in with a issue on a low profile tyre and received awesome friendly customer service with fast workmanship and pride in customer service and satisfaction. Good prices with a no bs service with products 👌 highly recommend visiting to resolve any tyre/rim issues.
The staff I had the pleasure of speaking with (Josh and Tim) were not only upbeat and friendly, but genuinely helpful and took my stuck on the motorway with a blown tyre experience… and turned it around. Josh hunted down the hard to find tyres I needed, had them brought in from Brisbane, and installed in less than a day.
