Goodyear Charlestown has consistently been great to deal with for all my cars. Marcus has been so good with helping to fix a fuel issue with one of them. He went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't left hanging, chasing down information and parts. They have always seen me quickly, been transparent with any issues and clear with the process to get things fixed. Thanks to the team. Would recommend.
Got my fuel pump replaced, the pump doesn’t work properly (leaks fuel) and the fuel gauge no longer works. Was told I needed it “calibrated” somewhere else and that they had done the job properly. Have had a 2nd and 3rd opinion, both of which said the install was dodgy. Those pumps don’t need calibration
Marcus was just so lovely on the phone and in person. He said to come straight down and fixed my puncture whilst we waited. Thank you!
Marcus (manager) and Lovy (mechanic) were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They did an excellent job on my car (steering and suspension) and the difference in the car’s performance is very good and noticeable. Their work is reliable, thorough, and done with attention to detail. Customer service is really excellent and helpful. Really appreciate their honest approach and quality service highly recommended.
