Had the most professional interaction with Goodyear Autocare Murrumbeena. Went in with a tyre that had a slow leak for the last couple of months. Jake took the time to inspect the tyre with me, explained the process of the repair and also the general condition of the remaining tyres. What a legend! The repair was done promptly. Father in law took his car here to have one tyre replaced. When he got to the station, the guy that served him said all four tyres needed replacing even though two of them were only a year old and he doesn't do much driving. On the way off the premises, one of the hubcaps fall off so my father in law returns to tell them. They tell him to go get a new one at the wreckers. I rang to say this wasn't good enough and was told, once a car leaves, it's not their problem even though they were told within 10 minutes of him leaving. ...ย read more
Dropped in for a flat tyre repair without an appointment and was looked after pretty much immediately. It was a EV tyre, so a little more challenging, but all sorted professionally and without fanfare. Highly recommended these guys!ย
