Great service
Always great service here. Very friendly staff. Dropped a tyre off that had a fork in it and it was ready to be put on the car a couple of hours later. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thank you... again!!!
Never been here before but needed an emergency tyre repair today and Darren and the team there made it so easy, able to book the job in urgently, completed quickly and I thought at a really reasonable price. Thanks!
Had the most professional interaction with Goodyear Autocare Murrumbeena. Went in with a tyre that had a slow leak for the last couple of months. Jake took the time to inspect the tyre with me, explained the process of the repair and also the general condition of the remaining tyres. What a legend! The repair was done promptly. Father in law took his car here to have one tyre replaced. When he got to the station, the guy that served him said all four tyres needed replacing even though two of them were only a year old and he doesn't do much driving. On the way off the premises, one of the hubcaps fall off so my father in law returns to tell them. They tell him to go get a new one at the wreckers. I rang to say this wasn't good enough and was told, once a car leaves, it's not their problem even though they were told within 10 minutes of him leaving. ... read more
