Wife took vehicle fo NC inspection. Inspector told wife he couldn't pass vehicle because lower ball joints needed to be replaced ($1000). Wife brought the vehicle home. I took the same vehicle in for follow up inpection after failure. Inspector refused to fail the vehicle but also refused to pass the vehicle citing lower ball joints were worn and needed replacement.
