Thought I had a nail, the awesome service tech found a crack in my rim. They couldn't fix it, but it's the extra step for me!
I don't know how on earth this place manage to get 3.7 stars besides the fact people are to busy or lazy to bother to care to take their business elsewhere. I called early a.m. to confirm my appointment time and was left on hold for 10 plus minutes to finally need to hang up because i couldn't wait any longer. Upon arriving and there being tech sitting around and literally 1 customer waiting for service to complete, that the customer receptionist just didn't feel like being bothered to work. Got a good deal on back brakes
Scheduled tire change service here online. When I arrive for my appointment they didn't allow me in because I didn't have a mask.i asked if they provide masks the lady in the counter said no. I just left. Don't want my money someone else will take it. No where when scheduling my appointment was there any notice that masks were required in this location. Kind of stupid that you can't enter a tire shop without a mask but you can dine in with no mask everywhere else in the DMV.
