I purchased Goodyear tires and a road hazard warranty for the quality and what I believed would be top notch service. I arrived at 4:00 pm to have a flat fixed. They close at 6:00 pm. I was told they could not fix the flat and would have to return on a different day. They were uncaring and unhelpful. So much for quality and service. Shop elsewhere.
I had an apt scheduled and they could not find it. They made no apology or attempt to correct. In fact they tried to argue about it. Customer service is dead.
