Low staff. Came in at 8am (the time they open) to get my tire repaired and their tech didn’t start work until 9. You’ll get what you need done and they’re really nice workers but if you need your tire patched up, just go somewhere else. They charge $40.
just needed some air in my tires they assisted me quickly and kindly :)
So this place is under new management and new staff and seems to really trying to get this place back in shape.. I had a very great experience and madison the new manager goes above and beyond!! Will definitely be back!
I went to this location to get assistance in removing a broken lug nut off my tire. Madison the store manger went over and beyond to help. After 30 minutes and several attempts using various tools the lug nut finally came off. This type of customer care and dedication are a “Rarity” these days !!! Poor management . Super slow shop parking lot was nearly empty. Tried to get something estimated , sounded descent at 155 an hour for labor, was told to come back tomorrow so I returned , couldnt get anything fixed here was told to come back out again despite I was promised it’ll be fixed today . They won’t take an actual appointment I guess, they only know how to tell you to come back tomorrow. but when you do return, they even ask if you made one. My apart only takes an hour to fix .
