I've gone here occasionally without issue. I went for a state inspection today and was told my brake fluid needed replacing as the cover had been left off. I agreed. To my surprise I was charged $300 for the brake fluid and alignment - an alignment that was never discussed or agreed to. I'll find a different shop that writes out work orders and gets agreement before completing work. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding or omission, but there are plenty of other shops out there.
Needed a simple low pressure/tire patch on our Chevy Colorado with Goodyear tires. Came in first on a Saturday and was told quite confidently by one rep that it would be no problem for around $30. Brought it back 3 days later for the work and was told by a different rep that because my tire was more than 4 years old, they wouldn't even look at it for fear they would damage the tire even further... what an absolute waste of my time! Have always had a good experience in the past and have been going to this location for over five years. Went in for a routine oil change and they gave me a list of small things I needed to do. Agreed to the filter change because it was going to be $50 per the employee on the phone. After the filter and labor it ended up being $300. They have never quoted me without including the labor as that would obviously be included. When I came to get my car the employee ringing me up was more than sure I was mistaken.
