We are 1,300 miles from home and our front tire lost air pressure by half (brand new Goodyears). We stopped at this Goodyear store for help and we were told they were too busy to take a look. Thankfully, Dickinson Tire right down the street helped us right away!
We were staying 3 nights in Dickinson in our RV. Late on the 3rd night we found we had a flat tire. Since it was Saturday, we had to stay another night to get into this Goodyear store. We arrived 30 minutes before opening since we had no appointment. Amazingly, the door was open and an associate greeted me and asked how she could help. When I explained we were trying to get home to Ohio, she had a technician take a look right away. He found that we only needed a new valve stem. He replaced the stem and we were on our way - a... read more

5 star! Very quick. Everyone that I talked to was super courteous. I watched another customer come in while I was there. He was having problems with a bad vibration at 60 MPH. He was traveling a very long ways. They got his car in immediately and found it was ice build up in is wheels. They cleaned it, didn't charge him. Off he went Arkansas! Just goes to show people are still good to one another!
