This place SCAMS their customers. Was quote a price to replace a number of part on my old vehicle. When I brought the vehicle in for service, I was informed that they could not honor the quote as it had not included any labor costs. I decided to have only the most pertinent work done: replace my front axles. A couple of years later I discovered that they only replaced my front passenger axle. AVOID at all costs. $500 WAISTED! Worst Auto Service Experience Ever! GOODYEAR in Kendall is PATHETIC! One routine maintenance job GONE Wrong. Almost burned my motor because they can’t put a motor back together. When I went back to have them correct to situation the mechanic name Ricky BLAMES ME, tells be to go get the part MY SELF if I wanted it fixed, they tell me that they were going to CHARGE ME AGAIN to fix it and to top it off the motor still leaks because he forgot to put a washer back, A WASHER! Spent over $800 here to get 4 tires and an oil change. Only ten months later and one of the tires developed a huge bubble on the sidewall. Goodyear adamantly denied that the tire was defective and would not replace it even though I had purchased the flat tire warranty. They claimed I should've purchased a separate warranty that we were not informed about at the time of initial purchase. I had a trusted mechanic look at the tire and he believed it to be defective. This good year is awful extremely disorganized the vehicles sit there the people working have no sense of time and could honestly care less about the customer. Their main concern is how much they can sell you or upgrade you such as tires wipers etc. the Manager Richard is completely lost his employees just seem to do what they want and he just sits in the back office oblivious to his surroundings, its ridicules the amount of upset customers I saw in this place upset while the manager just sat in the back and did nothing.
