My wife & I were traveling thru Columbus on vacation when one of our tires went flat. A Good Samaritan from a local business helped us get the temp spare onto the car, then located your business for us. Once we got there, not long before closing, Jason took great care of us. He & his crew got our flat fixed & back on the car in less than 25 min!! We were able to get back on the road & reach our destination. Kudos to everyone at Grismer Tire & Auto. We really appreciated their A+ effort. Thank you so much!!

Shout out to Grismer for changing the oil in my car and not trying to screw me over with up-charges for additional things I don’t need. That is so very rare. They’re also incredibly efficient and priced very fairly, and will always let you know if available discounts for services/products you’re looking for.

These guys do their best to give you what you need. They have been very busy this summer, so far. You need to make appointments in order to get things fixed. I bought a set of run flat tires with road hazard warranty ( i did not think they were special order tires ) So far our fantastic Columbus road ways have destroyed 3 out of 4 tires and I had to wait for the tires to get ordered into the shop each time. Had a really bad day when someone slashed 3 of my 4 brand new tires. Grismer' s was great... but the assistant manager Sam made the worst day of my life a bit more tolerable. Thank you Sam! Your kindness will not be forgotten!
Taking your car to Grismer is like taking it to your dad, they tell you what's wrong and what you need to do to fix it, then they check some other stuff and put air in your tires. I love this place.
