The gentleman here are the nicest guys. It was rainy and gross out and we unexpectedly had a tire pressure issue/ warning light. They got us in and out in under an hour and even put our spare on for us. Highly recommend them for customer service!
On July 29th I dropped my 99 Dodge Caravan for an oil change. I work in the area and dropped it at opening. They called me at 935 to tell me that I needed new tires and that they would not do a tire rotation. I told them, I had a different source for tires. Around noon, i walked to the shop and got my van. I was told the oil change was done and they got my keys. I paid for the oil change and left. At no time did they go over any sort of results from any sort of multi-point inspection. This review is to all the people that wrote a bad review. Years ago I worked for this company. I was a alignment/suspension tech. Most of the complaints on this page appear to be from lack of knowledge from the customers. I can tell you...when I worked there...we where by the book. Mistakes where a rare occurrence........Mr. decker,,,,i read your review....Not trying to be mean to you...but it sounds like you need a new car. Oil leaks can be dangerous. awful customer relationship I went here 4-5 times just because it's most convenient location from my place, but I would never go back. They treat you like you are dumb. The guy at the counter is super rude. I asked him if I can get my car back in 40 min for the oil change he said, "if you want unsafe car, that's fine. I'm not going to check anything else other than oil change." WTH? So I waited over an hour for the oil change and to get my "car check." I hate this place!
