Great staff and helpful advice good spot to go to for your car troubles
I had an excellent experience at this Goodyear location. The staff was professional, the service was fast, and everything was explained clearly. Ricardo Cabanillas, the service manager, was outstanding, he made sure I understood the work being done and treated me with honesty and respect. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to friends and family.
Went here to have my van looked at because of different warning lights I had. Not only was i given a quick diagnosis but the guy, Ricardo, who was at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional.
Visited Shop to find prices and then to change oil and windshield wiper motor. Had to deal with SALES PERSON :RICARDO CABANNILLAS 3 times! 2 times I have witnessed him being disrespectfully treating black famale customers, same time very nicely treating Hispanics! Don't think this is acceptable!
DONT! My car was towed in because I had a busted coolant hose. I was told by the employee at this location that I have a circulation problem. How do you know I have a circulation issue when there isn't a operating hose to test circulation? Im a woman, but I do know a little bit. I told him that I just wanted my hose changed. He said it wouldnt be coverer by any warranty because I'm not getting the complete job. He then suggested I may had a blown head gasket.
