I can not say enough amazing things about this shop. I was on vacation driving thru Akron and my car broke down. I called Terry Wynter and spoke with Alan. He asked me to describe what was going on with my car and overnighted the parts to a local shop so that I could enjoy the rest of my trip. If you are looking for a place that you can trust, this is it!
They did a great job and offered me a 12,000/12 month warranty, with the best OES equipment from Ford.
I was so blessed to find Terry and all of the wonderful mechanics that work with him! They gave me the peace of mind that I was unable to get from the used Toyota dealership that I purchased my 2007 4Runner from. They truly care about their customers! I know I will continue to take my vehicle to them anytime it needs work!
First of all I'd like to say I am not one to write reviews; but my experience with Terry and his team was so exceptional that I feel others should also know, so that they can avoid the headaches of dealing with negligent and incompetent auto dealerships. This is going to seem like a strange point of view to praise Terry and his fine crew. I have never paid a dime to Terry, but my customers have. When they want to buy a medium duty truck, very savvy businessmen have Terry look at it first, and his opinion strongly affects their purchase decision.
