I have had nothing but positive experiences at both Jason Hensley Goodyear stores, although I most often frequent the one on Salem and Otterbein. Two years ago the cover on my catalytic converter came off while I was traveling in Virginia. I took my van to a shop there and was told it would be $1500 to replace my exhaust system, and that was the only solution. I persuaded them to patch it until I could get home. THE WORSE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE. THE MANAGER DARYL RUNS THAT PLACE LIKE A DEN OF THIEVES. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE TUNE UP AND LEFT WITH A BLOWN ENGINE, THAT COST ME 2500.00. IF I WERE TO EVER WISH ANYONE TO GOTO HELL IT WOULD BE THE MANAGER OF THIS BUSINESS.
