I recently visited the Goodyear location in New Orleans East to have the tires on my Jeep Wrangler balanced and rotated. My tires are only two years old, all-terrain, and still have good tread.. Unfortunately, the service I received was very disappointing. The technician at the desk, Alex, firmly told me that Goodyear would not be able to service my Jeep and insisted that I needed to purchase two brand new tires. The associates sold me a bad tire that doesn’t retain air. I wouldn’t recommend their services at all.
Changed my oil but the o-ring failed and ran out of oil riding around. Found this location real quick and Fred Lyons and his team took care of the issue real quick and went above and beyond expectations. High recommend this location and team
