Always very helpful, kind and professional. Mr. Heidbrink, store manager, runs things very well. Very customer oriented guy. I've gotten tires from them for years. Great shop. Not one to take my vehicles to anyone but when I do for whatever reason it's these guys
Broke down 1/8 mile from this shop and was towed in by a kind stranger. The Goodyear team turned my day around — set me up with a workspace, kept me hydrated, even brought me cake! Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend!
My family and I have been loyal Goodyear customers for over 25 years, frequenting multiple Jacksonville locations like Atlantic, Ortega, and St. Johns 210—where service has generally been satisfactory and focused on keeping customers happy.
