-Disingenuous and rude- Wife made an appointment online for oil/filter change where she imputed the details of our VW Jetta and the fact that we wanted synthetic oil, the price give was $58 online and she confirmed the appointment. After I showed to the appointment one of the older looking men with glasses took my information where I told him my wife set this appointment and it was under my last name. Got a tired patched here and the patch did not last 30 minutes for me to even get across town to get new tires at a different shop. Put me in a very dangerous situation and then ignored me. Wouldn’t even refund me. I do not recommend this place.
The service manager was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of my car.
