Rachael from Summit Mall is an absolute saint and rockstar! Give her raises and promotions!
This was the worst experience I've ever had at an automotive service company. Every aspect of the service was subpar and this location is full of incompetent mechanics and services managers that are there to make a quick buck. Every other customer present at my time of service was frustrated and over charged for the basic services they were recieveing. I will warn anyone having anything done at this location to look elsewhere.
Best auto shop in Dayton! Only place I'll go to - clean inside, fast service and the team is absolutely awesome. Special shout out to Josh; can't recommend more highly!
