I first went to the new Town Fair Tire in Webster and ended up at Good Year. All I needed was four replacement tires mounted and balanced. Town Fair told me that it was going g to be about $220.00 total where Good Year was a bit more than half of that. This is the worst place ever, my mother went for an oil change and they tried to scam her she left home with a completely good tire because we had checked it prior, at the shop they told her she had a screw which she ignored because she knew! There was no screw, but magically when she got home there was! you can clearly see the screw was put in with a drill, I understand businesses need money but this is no acceptable
I am grateful I brought my car here for an oil change. They found an issue with the drain plug and showed me. A different company had stripped it. Arielle solved the problem by trying different methods to extract the bolt. She saved me time and money. You could tell she really cared. Sometimes in this industry that is hard to find. A+ experience.
I have been getting oil changes here for a few years. Since a change in management, the last 2 times have been awful. Couldn't get a screw undone once and this time It took close to 2 hours for the oil change and rotating the tires,when rotating the tires they left off a lug nut. I went back after I noticed it and told them about the lug nut missing and they said it was missing before. We had a flat tire on our long trip home. We were lucky to find Goodyear in Webster as they were the only tire center open around. They greeted us at the door. Employees were extremely kind and professional, and we were back on the road again within 45 minutes. Highly recommend for efficiency, expertise, and great customer service.
