The service is always great at this location, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I usually get my tires and oil changes here, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I paid $330 total for a tire (that would have been $275 total at Reeves) and you couldn't put my spare back in the compartment???
i took my vehicle in for an alignment at the 20th street location. I talked to guy at front desk with long hair. Super nice. Said steering box was wore out and they had issues. Then said if i ever have any issues or replace anything and need another alignment just bring it back in the next 3 years and they will get me fixed right up. Rick Newberry, colton and the crew are the best in town.
The manager and 2 of his employees were all in on lying to me when they damaged my veh. I called and asked the manager what he was going to do about it and he said nothing. I hear he has a car lot he owns. Id imagine he sells nothing but real crap and is scandalous. Not shocking. Luckily for me goodyear corp took care of me but unfortunately kept him on.
