Honestly they are a bunch of crooks and from the rest of these reviews it seems like they tend to overcharge everyone & not even fix the problem you came to them with on top of adding more problems to the vehicle just so they can charge you more to fix something they caused & another charge to do diagnostic to see what’s going on & the young employees are so nonchalant about it singing and dancing while they rip you off..Sounds like a set up for bankruptcy to me..Please take your guys vehicle else where & save yourself from ... read more
The whole Waianae Goodyear team was FABULOUS. Extra shout out to Uncle Richard - he helped me with my baby and not only comforted her but held her and took care of her while I waited for my car. They are so family friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
Very bad experience. Took my vehicle to Goodyear in Waianae October 2025 worst mistake 2 months later same problem then I was told I have to replace the same parts again that they just changed out in October. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and was told it looks like nothing was ever replaced on my vehicle.
Being a senior, I was treated kindly and respectfully. Mahalo
Kalani and Richard are the best! They were very helpful, friendly and personable. They answered all the questions I had and did their best to help with every concern I had about my vehicle.
