We called the Goodyear store in Kihei, Maui on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025 to inquire about new tires for our car. We spoke with the store manager Elsie Jim. She was so friendly and treated us so well that we decided that we wanted to get our tires from that Goodyear store. When we arrived, all of the stores employees were friendly and treated us with kindness. Ran over a nail which resulted in a slow leak.Made the first available appointment online for 9am but had to drive someone to the airport at 10am. I called when they opened at 8am and they were able to fit me right in. This saved my family a lot running around to find another ride. They were friendly and quick patching the tire. Also a great price. Thank you , Goodyear Kihei.

Came in first time with my vehicle after making the appointment. Super nice staff, prompt, professional, welcoming, and efficient. 5 stars across the board and will be returning with any of my auto needs going forward.
