Great customer service.. New tires for my wife's 4runner and they also installed the new tpms we brought in.. mahalo 🤙
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered with tire shop. Called to see if they could get us in quick and they said we could have a 10:00 am appointment. We accepted. At 10:40, we were still waiting, so I asked for an update. They said very rudely and without looking up at us “we request two hour timeframes for appointments”. That was never said before and would have been nice to know. The rest of our customer experience with this location went about the same, met with the same rudeness from all of the counter staff. Superb service, patient, kind,
Had a rental car in the left tires had 10 pounds more than the right tires. So I went to the Goodyear and asked them if they could fix that for me and they said of course we can and they did and I was thankful.
Incredible service. The lady who helped us saved us a 2 hour wait and was incredibly kind. Thank you so much!!
