I scheduled a tire rotation and when I got inside it looks like they were waiting for me,YES-unreal! normally it never happens so I appreciate that a lot because I have learned that it never happens this way,Rick was doing a great job as always,I know him for really long time and I was happy to see him again.
Janelle’s customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I initially went in with a free maintenance inspection scheduled to see if my tires were due for a change, and she came out to measure the tread for me quickly and efficiently. She then gave me quote estimates for each budget range/ brand. She then proceeded to let me know she will still have the guys bring it up to take a look at everything else since it was on the schedule.
