Getting new tires seems like such a hastle these days, but Goodyear Mililani was a breeze. Called late afternoon looking for a single, specific tire that Costco no longer carried. They had in stock and got me in immediately. Service was prompt, courteous and professional! Also affordable compared to several other places I called around.
Amazing service and super fast! Had an appointment for four new tires and an oil change, and it was done within an hour and a half. MUCH faster than anywhere else and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend! :)
Ordered a set of 4 tires. Took the day from work to get these installed only to be told that the idiot driver only delivered 3 tires. The incompetence with this shop is beyond anything I have ever seen or dealth with and I was a mechanic for 21 years. The lady at the front is rude and obnoxious and does not need to be interacting with our servicemembers and veteran. If they allowed a negative stars, this place deserves -5. Corporate has been notified.
Refused to sell 1 individual tire. Also refused to repair 1 tire with puncture no where near the wall (repaired by different shop). Poor service. Tried service 1 more time to get oil changed - they wanted to change the brakes for ~$800/axle (not including new rotors) I declined and now I have a new flat tire?
Called to ask about replacing fuel filter and get a couple other things done such as, break pads, break fluid. The person speaking cut me off in th middle of explaining what needed to be done (only mentioned the fuel filter), asked for my car make and model, a 1996 Toyota Tacoma, said “oh we not going work on em. Your car to old, hard for find parts” hung up. I went across the street to autozone. Got a fuel filter and break pads and break fluid in 2 seconds
