I made an appointment to remove a nail from my tire and patch the hole. My appointment was for 12:30 pm and I got there at 12:25 pm. The lady working the front desk sat in the office, refusing to look up from her cellphone while munching on chips until 12:45... I said excuse me, coughed, made noise, no help whatsoever. Once she shuffled over to the front desk, she was impolite. I asked approximately how long it would take and she said TWO HIOURS!!!! TWO HOURS????? Our car was shuddering after I used fix a flat on one tire that had a slow leak. They diagnosed the problem immediately and were able to take care of the car right away.
