The guys at the desk told me that it would be about 3 hours to be serviced for a tire repair. They looked busy and didn’t give me eye contact when I was asking questions. Overall, my experience was okay.
They also switched my tires!!! I paid for a very expensive army grade kevlar tire they ordered them but when they arrived they switched them and claim they didn't fit my vehicle and charged me more money again for a cheaper tire… THEY are all A BUNCH OF THEIVES😡😡😡THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS THE BIGGEST LIAR SHE SWITCHED UP THE WHOLE INVOICE. Don't Mess with these people they just played my wife😡But she's smarter than that. They're a big rip off. So why didn't they mention all this when they were putting on the tires... read more

I made an appointment to remove a nail from my tire and patch the hole. My appointment was for 12:30 pm and I got there at 12:25 pm. The lady working the front desk sat in the office, refusing to look up from her cellphone while munching on chips until 12:45... I said excuse me, coughed, made noise, no help whatsoever. Once she shuffled over to the front desk, she was impolite. I asked approximately how long it would take and she said TWO HIOURS!!!! TWO HOURS????? Our car was shuddering after I used fix a flat on one tire that had a slow leak. They diagnosed the problem immediately and were able to take care of the car right away. It was ready exactly when promised, which was really important to us. And very pleasant to deal with as well. Appreciate the great service!
