Just dropped off my 05 4Runner! Melissa, Tim, Shane, Andrew & the rest of the crew have been taking care of my ride for the last 566,234 miles! People always ask me how did you manage to keep the 4Runner on the road this long? My response has never changed… if Goodyear says I need to do (fill in the blank) … I say … yes. Since I moved to NC back in 2004 this team at Goodyear Cornelius is the only people I trust.
I can't say enough about this store ! I called because I had a flat tire and Melissa was so helpful on the phone went above and beyond to make sure I got in the next day to get this Matter taken care of. The store was really busy and I was still in and out within an hour. I ended up purchasing tires that Melissa helped me decide what I needed so she could have the tires at her store for me the next day . I will never, ever, ever go back! Service is great! The guys in service are awesome! I will never go back! Delete my info! Who ever hired that woman should be fired!
I stopped by Goodyear for tire pressure light. I was worried bout the light cause I knew I needed tires. Melissa was very helpful and gave me a good deal on my tires. Thanks a bunch Melissa.
