Went by and gone a quote for specific part replacement, as I did in several other places. Next day made an appt to leave truck @ Goodyear Garage for such. Fellow in office made things easy and smooth. Left my truck on agreed day first thing on the designated morning. Got a call when truck was ready and went to pick it up. Final bill reflected very fair pricing and the work done was excellent. Can recommend this location.
Stopped by to have my car looked at for an annoying noise and the people there were great. The guy at the counter Shane was really helpful explaining everything in a way even I felt I understood. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of or being treated worse just for being ignorant about cars. I actually felt like I was given a fair price for the services too. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone needed repairs, even if you know nothing about cars!
Goodyear in Cornelius was good at first, but they don’t seem to be good with complex issues. I used them for several years trusting their work. Fast forward to a year or so ago, when they replaced a starter in my vehicle that did not need to be replaced, costing me over $3k. After that, an AC issue popped up, and they charged close to another $3k and never fixed the issue.
