Took 2hr for oil change and tire rotation, but worth it somewhat they told me everything i need to know. Chris is great.

What happened to you guys? We used to come here all of the time. Then yesterday you took our order for the last time. You charged us twice. You could have just looked it up at the time. You failed to take those two minutes and INSTEAD made us come in to get it reversed the next day (like we were the baddies for GOODYEAR having charged us over 500 dollars extra????).
