Refused to work on my Class B RV even though it appears they have enough height and likely wait capacity on their lift. But the manager failed explain if either of those were the reason he just outright refused to service it. I have been serviced at other Goodyear location so it's not a corporate policy

Dishonest, untrustworthy, and will try to bully you into purchasing services for your car that you don't need. After talking with the mechanic, he told me that they would refuse to work on my car unless I spent over $1,000 for a complete rebuild on my braking system. I had my car taken to another shop for a second opinion and was informed that all I needed was new rotors by the other place. Good shop if all you need is new tires. Go elsewhere if you need anything else done.

Always honest and fair with pricing. Sometimes late finishing your car, but will often go out of their way to make it right. Seems to prioritize safety for your vehicle, but will work with you to establish what is priority work and what can be put off for later. This shop is run well, and Bob is one of the reasons I've stuck with this shop since moving here as opposed to switching to a more local mechanic.

Absolutely perfect experience! Bob and the rest of the crew were super professional and took care of my car in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!! If you are in the West Mifflin area or other parts of the South Hills come see this store and they will take care of you and your car.
