The workers tried to lie about my experience over email saying I was upset with the hour and a half wait time and the amount of people in the store when in fact there was no one in the store and they said the emissions machine was down. They said they greeted me when no one did and said they would do my oil change in the email when in reality they outright told me no when I arived. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS!!!!!
Zero customer service. Didn't even look up from the computer. Said emissions test was down. Asked if I could get an oil change and was told no. Save your time, go somewhere else.
Great spot to get your Emissions Test done for Free. They are usually pretty quick, depending how many folks are ahead of you. But most of my visits I'm out of there in under 15-20mins. As far as getting work done on your whip... Let's just say they are on the high end of the pricing scale. When I heard an alternator replacement on a Ford Explorer a lady brought there was going to run $1600 I almost fell out my seat! If y'all need an alternator done.
