Hello, I just wanna give major major props to the gentleman Julio, who runs the Goodyear shop on Pembroke Road and 441, before I went there, I got scammed by Aventura Auto specialist. All he did was charge me $550 for the oil change but I get to Julio. He sees the problem and he fixes it amazing work to Julio and the crew at Goodyear. Thank you very much. You are now my Mechanic forever thank you. My truck drives great.
JULIO needs to learn how to be respectful and courteous to people who are merely calling in and trying to get information. You never know who is on the line and would come in your store and make things very uncomfortable for everybody. Hopefully, this lesson isn't learned "the hard way" from someone who is less even keeled.
