I am giving this one star only because I cannot give it any less. The truth is that the service is extremely slow, and I do not believe they conduct themselves with due professionalism. I would like to specifically point out that at least one of the customer service representatives is not competent enough to perform their job correctly; they fail to act with the required professionalism—going so far as to lie. After this experience, I will never use the services of this establishment again.
Terrible service, I would not recommend to anyone. When I arrived they told me they would change the oil within an hour, but after an hour they had not even started changing the oil.
Dad approved. Fair prices, and great service. They keep our fuel-efficient 170k+ mi Mazda running, and service plenty of servicemen county-wide. Glad to be a customer here!
