I will NEVER take another vehicle to Jenkins Automotive in Staunton, VA EVER again. I took my car there Tuesday for brake hoses. Everything started off fine, they said I needed hoses all around, gave me a quote, and I approved it. I called back later and asked them to go ahead and do an inspection while they had it, they said no problem. A few hours later, they called saying I needed a left upper control arm. Fine. They told me I needed a headlight restoration to pass my state inspection, charged me over $100 for it, and when I went to pick my vehicle up the headlights looked the same. Like maybe they wiped some stuff you can buy at the store on them, but they were NOT properly restored, I’ve gotten crystal clear headlights paying $40 at Walmart before. Never going back, and warning all my friends.
