Addendum: after days of driving after the repair, not only did the radiator hose need re-tightening (it continued to leak out a gallon of coolant all the way to Florida), but..... WE FOUND OUT DICKIE AND TEAM CHARGED US MORE THAN DOUBLE what other service centers would charge... be careful of these guys...
Angels... Dickie and his team took care of us so well. We were day 1 in an 11 day road trip from Boston to Key West and back. In Staunton, this Goodyear service store in downtown took us in at 7am on a Monday, replaced our radiator, and had us back on the road by 11am. All with a friendly, helpful, caring demeanor. Clone Dickie, and put him and his team in every service venue !

Variety, fair price,
Dropped my car off at 7am to have it inspected. They told me three hours later it would be done. I came back at 530 PM and the inspection was still not done. Everybody was just sitting around not doing much of anything. I will never go back!! Terrible service
