Excellent service and fair prices. Very nice waiting area.
I went there to get my tire replaced and the people were friendly, but we noticed that my husband's drill was missing and it was in the trunk when we went to get the tire replaced. We call to ask if it could have been taken out by mistake when removing the flat and maybe forgot to put it back, and instead of looking or being friendly like you should be in customer service, they instead got very defensive and argumentative saying *I've been here 10 years and my guys would never steal* even though that is not what we asked. Went on Aug 8 to get a new tire.The tire was put on,but none of the lugnuts were screwed on.(Had a plastic covering on the lugnuts.The covering was NOT removed.) Wheel went flying off at 40mph....And almost got hurt. Now got to replace the brake rotor,get a new front fender,new drivers door (driver door wont open) and a new mounting bolt. ALL because GoodYear on Carlusle St in Hanover,PA did NOT put the lugnuts on the wheel!!
