The manager drove over to my workplace because I forgot to give him my lug key. No extra charge.
Had an appointment at 11 when I got there the clerk had the worse attitude told me to wait 2 hours till the guy get there, he wouldn’t even try to have a decent costumer service don’t come to this place
Paul the manager did not honor my appointment time. I had to make another appointment. I am sending a certified letter to Josh DeLancey the general manager and to the CEO about my experience with Tire Choice. I will not be going back to this store.
I had a great customer experience at Tire Choice. I was given explanations for my cars needs. I am driving happier because of it Thanks to Angel and his staff.
I picked up a nail in my tire a few days ago. My husband brought my car to Tire Choice in Plant City. They patched the tire. That would be great except that the next morning the tire was flat again. Hubby takes car back and was told they couldn’t get to it that day. REALLY?!! Tire Choice messed up and they “can’t get to it”. That’s got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever heard of. We took the car to another place and they said the patch was not installed properly. Shame on you Tire Choice!!!!
