We just came here to get a tire for our RV. They did not have the size we needed, but they still came out and helped us put the spare on. That’s super kind.
Im So Happy I bought my New Tires at TIRE CHOICE! Anthony my Technician was informative and professional. Being a middle aged woman I was a bit nervous. I called and set an appointment. Anthony answered all my questions and concerns. Im so Happy with my new Michelin tires!
Wouldn't recommend just based on customer service. Counter was rude from the beginning. Went to have four tires replaced they were purchased online and sent to tire choice for install. Pushed an alignment at drop off no biggie happens all the time. No call all day car was there from 9 am. I finally called around 3 to be told the car had been ready but they didn't have a number to call us. Was told that my tire was not “fixable” and then tried to tell me I needed all new tires. Told me they could sell me 2 for the price of 4 and that it’d be $704! Bs!! I’ve had the car for 1 year. When I told them I wasn’t going to and go elsewhere they were very dismissive. I went to B&L tires and they patched it in 5 minutes and it was $32. They were trying to take advantage of a young girl! Do not come here.
Paul was super helpful, great customer service, came in with a emergency tire repair and he made time for me, can't ask for more than that!
