I was kept informed of what was happening on the repair if there was an issue that needed to be taken care of and if the repair could wait or if it needed to be done now.
The gentlemen at the front desk and professional. Ultimately, very responsive to my situation and extremely friendly. I appreciate their urgency and kindness.
When I went into the tire center in Plant city to get my oil changed, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. He just looked up to me and told me to go sit in the waiting room he’ll be with me shortlyso he never did get my information of what I was there for or anything so I got back up and went back out front to tell him. Staff is friendly & everyone was professional. Good tire selection. I had an issue w/ my brakes n they were able to fix it. I highly recommend them.
