I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience here. When I booked my appointment, the person who answered the phone clearly told me I could drop off my car anytime between 7:30–11 am and pick it up later that evening before they closed. That’s exactly why I chose this time slot. Awful service, super slow. The large man at the front is SLOOOW and rude. The call center is not much better.
I work nearby and needed an oil change. I was able to walkin and schedule a same-day appointment. The service was convenient, polite and professional. They gave helpful feedback about my tires. I will be a return customer and highly recommend!
Friendly customer service. No bull, and questions answered, accurately and truthfully. No hard sell. I highly recommend this place.
I was traveling home and got a screw in my tire and made it to their shop slightly before closing. They were friendly and helpful and got my tire fixed even though they had to stay a little late. Thank you !
