The ADELIA (1bx1b) is not 607 sq ft…it is closer to 560 sq ft. It has been “updated” but with the cheapest materials possible and horrible finish work. Lipstick on a pig! New floor, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and light fixtures which all has paint splatter on it like it’s been there 10 years. Paint runs everywhere. Paint and Sheetrock mud on/in sink, toilet and even in the shower. Paint right over dust and spider webs.
