I went to a movement workshop and it was fantastic! The space was warm and welcoming. It was interesting to see all the herbs on offer as well. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to going back for some upcoming mediation workshops.
Remy is engaging, inspiring and a talented movement and wellness coach.
