A/C unit is not even 2 years old and technician has been called to the home at least twice and it suppose to be NEW. The previous A/C unit I had lasted 15 years with no problems and this one is a headache. A friend told me about her a/c. unit and how they charge outrageous price for parts that should be still under warranty.. I was warned but I trusted them anyway. Lesson learned...
