I dealt with Matt Goodwin, the owner, throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he never followed up on his word. From saying he’d stop by or call back, I’d always have to reach out to try and get an answer. This process went on for 3 weeks. Finally, he said in order to receive the funding for supplies I had to inform the lender that the install went well before it even took place which was a red flag for me.
